Sports Psych undergrads must avoid therapist cosplay. Workshop support, psychoeducation, and research assistance are realistic; clinical claims are not. Show ethics-aware materials and supervised hours if any. Toughness culture is not psychology. Referral judgment is a skill. Campus and academy screens still reward ownership stories over buzzword lists. Bring one artifact — session plan, testing log, event run-sheet, or internship note — you can defend in depth.
