Campus GET hiring looks for trainability under ambiguity — not a perfect specialist résumé. A clear internship or final-year project where you owned a task end-to-end beats a high CGPA with nothing you can explain. Wasted effort: stacking certificates with no story of what broke and what you fixed. Recruiters ask what you personally did versus what the team did; rehearse that answer with numbers or artifacts. Show you can learn a codebase or plant process quickly and communicate status without fluff.
